01Custom, made-to-order artwork

Every portrait is made to order from the photo you provide and painted by hand. Because each piece is handmade, small variations in colour, brushwork and layering are part of its character and are not defects.

02Your photo and sketch

• Please upload a clear photo. Very small, blurry or dark photos may limit the detail we can achieve; we will let you know if a photo is not suitable.
• Before production we send you a sketch. Production starts after you approve it. Please check it carefully — once production has begun, changes may not be possible.
• By uploading a photo, you confirm that you have the right to use it.

03Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars and include the options you select (size and number of layers) and the frame. Payment is taken when you place your order. Discount codes are subject to their own conditions, cannot be exchanged for cash and, unless stated otherwise, cannot be combined.

04Shipping, delivery and returns

• We ship worldwide at no extra cost. Orders are usually delivered within 3–4 weeks of being placed — this includes painting, your sketch approval and shipping.
• If you need more time to approve your sketch, delivery moves back by the same amount.
• Because every portrait is custom-made, we can’t accept returns for change of mind.
• If your portrait arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos — we will hand-paint a new one for you free of charge and offer you compensation for the trouble.
• Import duties or taxes charged by your country, if any, are your responsibility unless we state otherwise at checkout.

05Promotions

Promotions such as welcome codes or Spin & Win rewards are limited to one per customer where stated, have an expiry date, and may be withdrawn or changed at any time. We may cancel codes obtained through misuse.

06Intellectual property

The content of this website — text, designs, photos and graphics — belongs to CRAFTVERSE LTD. Your finished portrait is yours to enjoy. We will only show it publicly, such as in our gallery, with your permission.

07Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.
