01Information we collect

• Order details — your name, email, phone number, billing and shipping address, and what you ordered.
• Your pet photos — the photos you upload so we can create your portrait, plus any notes you send us about your pet.
• Account details — if you create an account: your email, name and password (stored encrypted).
• Messages — what you send us through our contact form, email, WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook or text message.
• Newsletter — your email address if you subscribe or tick the box to receive offers.
• Technical data — basic information your browser sends (such as IP address and device type), and cookies described below.

Payment card details are entered directly with our payment providers and are never stored on our website.

02How we use it

• To create, ship and support your order — including sending your sketch and order updates.
• To reply to your questions.
• To send newsletters and offers, only if you asked to receive them. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link.
• To keep our website secure and prevent fraud and spam.

We use the photos you upload only to make your portrait. We will not share your pet’s photo or finished portrait publicly — for example in our gallery or on social media — without your permission.

03Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with services that help us run the shop:

• Payment providers, to process your payment.
• Shipping carriers, to deliver your portrait.
• Brevo, our email provider, to send order emails and (if you subscribed) newsletters.
• Our website hosting provider.

We may also disclose information if required by law.

04Cookies

We use cookies and similar browser storage that the shop needs to work — to keep items in your cart, keep you signed in, remember that you subscribed, and remember small preferences such as a closed contact button. We do not currently use advertising cookies.

05How long we keep it

We keep order information for as long as we need it to fulfil your order, handle returns or warranty questions, and meet tax and accounting obligations. You can ask us to delete your pet photos once your order is complete.

06Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example in the EU, UK or California), you may have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal information, and to object to or limit how we use it. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time. To make a request, contact us and we will respond as soon as possible.

07Children

Our shop is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

08Changes and contact
