Where is my order?
You can check the status of your order any time on our Track Your Order page — you will just need your order number and the email you used at checkout.
What kind of photo works best?
A clear, well-lit photo taken at your pet’s eye level, with their face in focus. Not sure? Send it to us before you order and we will take a look.
Can I change something after I order?
Yes — that is what the sketch is for. We send you a sketch before production and revise it with you. Once you approve it and we start painting, changes may no longer be possible.
Do you ship to my country?
We ship worldwide at no extra cost. Delivery details are on our Delivery & Returns page.
Can you make a memorial portrait?
Absolutely. We handle memorial portraits with special care and will work with whatever photos you have.
